Arrive in Manila and be met by our tour representative to assist you for your transfer to the hotel. Arrive at the hotel and check-in. Spend the rest of the day at your own leisure. Stay overnight at SAVÈA Bay City Manila to prepare for your relaxing adventure the next day.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel.

OPTION 2: Complimentary Manila Cultural & Heritage Private Tour + Flight to Cebu
Enjoy a short privately guided introduction to Manila to have a glimpse of Philippine history and culture before transferring to the airport for your flight to Bohol. Ideal for first-time visitors or guests who want to get acquainted (or reacquainted) with their Filipino heritage.

The tour begins at the walled city of Intramuros which was built by Spanish colonisers during the 16th century. The first stop is at the historic Fort Santiago which was a fortress built of the conquistador Miguel Lopez de Legazpi and became the seat of military power during the Spanish, American and Japanese colonial periods.

The second stop is at the San Agustin Church which was completed in 1607 by the Augustinians. San Agustin has the distinction of being the oldest standing church in the Philippines. There is also a museum which exhibits artifacts from the bygone Spanish era. 

Proceed to the NAIA domestic terminal for your flight to Cebu. Arrive in Mactan-Cebu International Airport and transfer to the resort. 

Overnight at the resort. 

Breakfast at the resort. Get picked up at the resort for a day of visiting islands in the vicinity with swimming and snorkelling in the blue waters of Cebu’s islands. 

Today’s tour will take you to Hilutungan and Nalusuan Islands. Lunch will be at Nalusuan Island. 

Return to the resort in the afternoon. 

Rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight at the resort. 

Breakfast at the resort. Meet with your guide at the resort for a tour of historic Cebu. Spend the morning going around one of the country’s oldest cities. Visit Cebu’s historical sites and landmarks.  

The tour first visits Fort San Pedro, the oldest triangular fortress in the country built in 1565.  

Then proceed to Magellan’s Cross, a monument built to commemorate Magellan’s landing in Cebu of which the original bamboo cross is preserved inside another wooden cross.

A few steps away is the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño, built by Miguel Lopez de Legazpi in 1565, now housing the statuette of Santo Niño. (Please note that to enter the Cathedral, one must be wearing modest clothing.)

Also see the Cebu Heritage Monument built in 2000 which captures significant sites, events and personalities of the province.

Across the street is the Yap-Sandiego Ancestral House built in the late 1600s and one of the oldest houses in the Philippines. The venerable structure holds antiques and artifacts collected by the family through the centuries.

Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Return to the resort in the afternoon.

Breakfast at the resort. Early pick-up at the resort to catch the 2-hour fast ferry to Tagbilaran.

Transfer to the Cebu pier. Depart for Tagbilaran, the capital city of Bohol. On arrival, you will be met by your guide.

The tour begins with a visit to the Blood Compact Shrine, a historical landmark commemorating the first treaty of friendship between the Philippines and Spain.

You will then proceeds to Baclayon Church which was completed in 1727, uniquely built with coral stones.

From there, continue on to the lush Mahogany Man-Made Forest and the green farmlands of Bilar and Batuan. In Bilar, the tour stops at the Bohol Butterfly Farm.

Proceed on to one of the breathtaking natural wonders, the Chocolate Hills. Made of limestone, the 1,776 mounds of limestone dot the horizon for kilometers on end.

Drive back to Loboc for a 50-minute river cruise along nipa-lined river on board a native catamaran while being serenaded by local singers. A sumptuous barbecue lunch is served on board. The river cruise will surely relax both your body and mind as you view nature’s beauty of rolling hills, graceful coconut trees and green nipa-palms lining the riverbanks.

After the cruise, head back to Tagbilaran with a stop at the Philippine Tarsier Research Center & Sanctuary to view the tarsiers, one of the smallest mammals in existence.

Proceed to the resort after the tour and check-in.

Breakfast at the resort. Go on an aquatic adventure around the waters of Bohol. 

The tour begins with a leisurely boatride from your resort to the small island of Pamilacan in the heart of the Visayan Sea. Known as a rich breeding ground for mantas, whales and dolphins, it is not unknown to spot these creatures from time to time while travelling to the island.

Pamilacan was also a Spanish watch station which guarded the water passages against pirates and enemies. An old Spanish stone fort still stands on the island as a remembrance of the colonial period. The island is blessed with rich white sand and azure blue waters where visitors can take a dip and enjoy a relaxing day.

Lunch will be served on the island. Return to the resort in the afternoon.

Breakfast at the resort. Check-out and transfer to the Bohol-Panglao International Airport for the flight to Manila. 

Arrive in Manila and transfer to the NAIA for your outbound international flight or to your hotel (if you opt for an extra night in Manila).
